HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Our fulfilment stage is usually 3 to 5 business days and that would be the only timeframe you can cancel or change your order!

 

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

The Methods of Payment we accept are PayPal, Apple Pay and any major credit card company!

 

I JUST GOT AN EMAIL THAT STATES I RECEIVED A REFUND. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

This would indicate that the purchase has been refunded back into your account and it will take  1-5 business days to be credited back into your account.

 

MY DISCOUNT DID NOT WORK OR I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE!

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

One may receive a refund for one of the following reason:
Some countries have legislative restrictions which means we cannot ship to this country.

Warehouse issues may sometimes occur such as a shortage of stock.

The method of payment appeared as a high risk order

 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

A glitch in our system could have occurred, if this has happened to you then we are very sorry!Send us a message and we will resend the confirmation Email!

 

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT I HAVEN’T SEEN ANY MOVEMENT. WHAT’S GOING ON?

Our fulfilment stage is 3 to 5 business days, so a parcel might not ship immediately. 

Tracking numbers should always be working however couriers may forget to update the tracking number which may seem there is no movement.

Customs may sometimes stop a parcel due to country restrictions, in this case our support teams investigates the order to identify what the problem is.

 

ITEMS ON SALE?

Only regular priced items may be refunded for a store credit, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

ORDERS OVER 75$

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING TIME

Our standard shipping usually takes between 7 to 14 business days, and in some rare cases 21 business days, please also keep in mind business days do not include weekends.

 

WILL MY SHIPMENTS BE FORWARDED IF I MOVE?

Unfortunately we will not be able to forward your item if you move. We do suggest to incorporate our shipping time with your schedule if you do plan on moving or if you want the item to be shipped somewhere else.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?

We can ship to any home, work or P.O box address!

 

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

For the time being we do not provide fast shipping, however if you need your item to be rushed for any special reason then send us a message here, Once you do that we will leave a note with our shipping team and try to see what we can do! 

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship worldwide but unfortunately, there are some countries which have legislative restrictions which does not allow us to ship there.

 

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECIVE MY ORDER?

Occasionally the courier might require a signature or the parcel may exceed the dimensions of a Mailbox or P.O box, in this case if one is not there to receive the order then the order will wait at the local post office.

Returns

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Before returning an item, please make sure that the item is unused and in the same condition you have received it. 

If your return is because your item was Damaged, then first you must contact the courier that delivered the item to place a claims. We also require a photo of the damaged product. Once we have the picture and the claims number we can resend you a new item.

If you have issue retrieving the claims number then contact us here and we will help you out. 

If your return is because was the Wrong Order then please contact here and we will send out the correct order to your address. 

If your return is because you were Unsatisfied with the item then contact us here and we will provide an exchange for another item of the same value.

If this is the case we greatly apologize as we usually can change this kind of problem if we are notified before it is shipped out. 

 

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURNS PROCESS TAKE?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied and sent to your email within a certain amount of days.

IF APPROVED:

If your return is because you were Unsatisfied, the process may take 7 to 21 business days but we will inform our shipping team to rush your order

If your return is because your item was Damaged, the process may take 7 to 21 business days, depending on how fast one can get the claims number, but once that is done we will inform our shipping team to rush your order.

If your return is because was the Wrong Order, the process may take 7 to 21 business days but we will inform our shipping team to rush your order

 

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING ITEMS?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

DOES SLEXURY ISSUE REFUNDS?

We do not issue refunds to our customer unless the item has not been shipped out. What we offer instead would be an exchange for another item of the same value, store credit or resending the same item.

IT’S BEEN MORE THAN 14 DAYS SINCE I RECEIVED MY ORDER, CAN I STILL RETRUN AN UNWANTED ITEM?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer any exchanges or store credit.
